Do you outsource your work?
No. All work is handled directly by 121 Digital Marketing. This means clear communication, accountability and consistent quality.

How much does a website cost?
Website costs depend on what you need. We offer simple one-page websites from £150, 3-page sole trader websites for £300, and larger bespoke websites for growing or already established businesses.
How long does a website take to build?
Most small websites take between 1–3 weeks once content and details are provided. Larger or more complex sites may take longer.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. All websites are built on WordPress, which is easy to manage. We also offer website change tickets if you’d rather we handle updates for you.
Do you provide hosting and domains?
Yes. Hosting and a .co.uk domain are included with most website packages.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We can refresh, rebuild or completely redesign existing websites depending on your goals.

How long does SEO take to work?
SEO is a long-term strategy. You may see early improvements within a few months, but stronger results usually build over 3–6 months and beyond. See more in our SEO Management page
Can you guarantee number one rankings on Google?
No — and anyone who does isn’t being honest. What we can guarantee is consistent, ethical SEO work focused on improving visibility and enquiries.
Do I need SEO if I already have a website?

Is SEO a one-off job?
SEO works best as an ongoing process. Google constantly changes, competitors improve, and content needs updating to stay competitive.

Do I pay ad spend directly to you?

How much should I spend on ads?
This depends on your industry, competition and goals. We’ll always advise on a sensible budget before starting.
Are there contracts for ads management?
No long-term contracts. Our ads management and social media management is billed monthly and reviewed regularly.

What happens if I need changes to my website?
Some packages include website changes time. Additional changes can be purchased via website change tickets.
Can I cancel services if I need to?
Yes. Most services run on a rolling monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We support our clients before, during and after projects are completed.
